Guide to Using Talent Network:


1. Subscription and Activation:

  • Choose the company you want to subscribe to for accessing Talent Network.
  • Select the plan that suits your hiring needs and add the desired number of seats.
  • Activate Talent Network to unlock its features.


2. Accessing Talent Network:

  • After activating, go to the Talent Network tab to access the platform.
  • This tab will now appear alongside other options, such as jobs, applications, profile, billing, and team.


3. Finding High-Quality Talent:

  • Apply various filters to narrow down candidates, such as full-time/part-time availability, skills, etc.
  • Thoroughly review candidate profiles, ensuring they meet your requirements.
  • Check if candidates have uploaded videos, especially if it's a requirement for the position.
  • Use the Loom feature to view video introductions of candidates.


4. Inviting and Connecting:

  • Invite potential candidates to apply for specific job openings.
  • Request a chat with candidates to further discuss their qualifications and suitability for the role.


5. Providing Feedback:

  • We value your feedback and suggestions.
  • Share your experience, report any issues, or submit ideas through the feedback options provided.


6. Seeking Support:

  • For any assistance or inquiries, use the chat feature located at the bottom right corner.
  • Our support team is available to help you with any queries.
